We recently had our wood deck resurfaced with composite decking. From the moment, Jeff introduced us to vinyl outlet, to when the fellas cleaned up and left, it was the most enjoyable experience possible. Keith and Dominic ran the crews,and their support team was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks us. We will plan to use them For any future work at our home.
I just had a fence installed and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Hayden and his apprentice did an amazing job! He was very thorough with explaining to me everything he was doing and asking my opinion on what exactly I wanted. He was extremely professional even when dealing with my not so nice neighbor! Mikel and his crew (Caeleb and Marshal) were an amazing bunch of guys that know how to get the job done quick and correct. Our brand new fence looks amazing and very happy with the work that they performed even while it was raining and nasty out too bad. They had to truck through mud and water almost the entire time. From start to finish this company is amazing. I (David) am very critical when it comes to customer service. I demand and expect top notch service. From meeting John at the Rochester Home & Garden show, to meeting Brian the salesman that showed up on our door step, and finally Bob and his crew that did an amazing, thorough, and very professional crew (I might add that fit in very well with my personality), this company does what they set out to do. Extremely professional alone the whole process and aim to make your new purchase the best that it can be. I I would highly recommend this company to all that come across my path. Anthony was our salesperson and he was great! Funny and straight to the point! Couple weeks later we had a brand new backyard deck with Kirk and his crew, Kirk was absolutely awesome to work with and even came back several different times with me and my wife's concerns and took care of them immediately! On July 6th Vinyl outlet came around 11AM. The repair man was named Henry a great guy very polite and professional. He repaired everything that was needed and even fixed more it was very appreciated.It took around 2 hrs. When he was done he walked me through everything that he did I was very satisfied. Just had my wraparound porch done and it looks absolutely amazing. Jim Brennan was great to work with and we got our job done quickly as promised. They took care of everything including our town permits. Could not have had a better installation team. Ralph and his crew of 5 were outstanding - hardworking, professional, courteous and paid attention to all the details. As part of the installation, they replaced 11 support posts and made sure that they integrated with the porch fascia and soffit from my old concrete porch. You'd never know that there was an old concrete porch there before. The jobsite was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day - couldn't tell that it was a big construction site that morning. Everything was first class and we are very happy with the Vinyl Outlet!
Gorgeous outdoor living area! Jay, Jeremy, Ralph and Henry and everyone involved from demo to installation was incredibly easy to work with and addressed all of our many concerns. Accommodating and highly responsive. We would definitely request the same team for any future project. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful finished deck!

Replace a very large back deck. From initial consultation to project completion I am so impressed. Super great and hardworking men, very professional and my deck is gorgeous!!! They even had to move a 12 person hot tub (which I was most nervous about) and it went so smoothly. Highly recommended!!!
The Vinyl Outlet just installed a brand new porch and fence. The house was built in 1959 so the porch and fence were in bad shape. I am so pleased with The Vinyl Outlet and the crew for the porch and fence. It is absolutely beautiful. Vinyl Outlet put our fence in many years ago and we recently had a very bad snow storm which blew half of fence down. They sent a couple men out and they were able to fix the fence. The amazing thing is fixed it with no charge. Thank you Vinyl outlet for being a fantastic company. I would recommend you to anyone. The gentleman they I spoke with was Ryan Michael’s and he couldn’t have even more pleasant. He had them out here in a day.

Blizzard of 22 was not kind to my fence. Noticed my gate door was ripped out of its post and on the ground on Christmas Eve morning. I had a new gate installed within 5 days. I wasn’t expecting it to be taken care of so quickly. Ryan was amazing from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Can’t say enough about the way my issue was handled.
