I can't believe how quickly we had our deck/porch installed. Only a day and a half for this huge project. All the workers were fabulous from the hole diggers to the installation crew. Ralph the foreman of the installation crew and the crew of Jeremy, Austin and Dominic were so accommodating to help us add onto the dryer vent and install power provisions to this massive job. Each person from Jim to Vickie were very kind and understanding of our requests. Just can't believe how beautiful our home is now that we have our porch. Because part of our acreage was sold to another party, I needed to regain some of the privacy we have had over the years. Therefore, today a six foot vinyl fence was installed. Mike and Elliott came promptly this morning, installed the fence, answered any last minute questions I posed, and performed the task according to the specs in record time even in the cold rain of today. Once finished, they left the yard picked up & clean. I could not have asked for a more professional job. It is aesthetically pleasing as well as lending to the privacy of our home and property. Jay and shaun did a great job with my new fence. They had to work around buried lines and the thruway wall. We have a fence in the backyard that was damaged by a trampoline in the neighbors yard. I called Vinly Outlet to let them know and they came out the same day and fixed it. Very pleased with the customer service.
I had a fence installed in the front of my house and I just love it. They were quick and efficient. I get lots of compliments. I had a small issue with the gate and they came back to fix it even though it was 5 months later. I would highly recommend them.
We are SO pleased with our entire experience with Vinyl Outlet. Anthony made arrangements to begin the process immediately and his initial presentation was thorough and personable. The night before installation Vickie visited with last minute instructions and answer any questions we may have. They were both extremely professional and friendly about their business meetings and put our minds at ease about the project. The day of the work, 2 installers arrived and 8 hours later our curb appeal for our house rose 100%! Our neighbor across the street even text me to comment how lovely the new addition turned out and made mention that the solar lights made a nice touch to the deck. The Vinyl Outlet team did a fantastic job replacing our old wood porch with the new supports, decking and railings. Tear down was done on day one and the porch installed on day two. The whole team was friendly, professional and courteous. Our neighbors have complimented us on the look of the porch. We were given discounts that made the work more affordable. We are pleased!

Vinyl outlet installed my fence in 2016. They did an outstanding job, my fence was beautiful. But I think what makes a company go from being good to truly great is follow up. Due to high winds in my area and a variety of other technical things I do not understand, my fence began to loosen and tip. Thanks to Angelo, who mans the helm on the estimating and scheduling on the repair side and Jacob (Jake) being out on the front line not only correcting the problem but taking the time to truly assess what happened and then go above and beyond to not only correct the problem but to do such an outstanding job as to make sure it will not occur again, my fence is once again perfect. Because of Jake and Angelo… vinyl outlet will be my go to for my porch and fencing needs in the future. I hope the company recognizes the quality, strong work ethic and professionalism of these two individuals that so aptly parallels with the quality of their product.

To start with Vicky is very professional and is very detail oriented. Great sense of humor and just all around easy to talk to. John and Jonathan were amazing! There was another guy working with them.... can’t remember his name (sorry) All 3 guys did an exceptional job and when there was a misunderstanding , we talked it out and they we very accommodating. I highly recommend John and his crew for any deck installation through the vinyl outlet.
Happiest part of our experience was meeting Jake Russell . He was actually sent to repair several mistakes that were made on our front porch and railing. He was very understanding and meticulous.
We were very fortunate to have had Jonathon and his crew replace our deck.
