The old rail fence was taken down and replaced with a vinyl rail fence. Tony and his crew did a great job. Nice to see good work still being done. What a wonderful job. Porch and fence are sturdy and beyond compare in quality. John the supervisor was very knowledgeable and even listened carefully about concerns for my cats new napping area. I have had other people never show up but vinyl outlet always on time and efficient.
Customer Service is something that should be taken seriously. I purchased my fence several years ago, and let’s face it - this is Buffalo and the wind around here is out of control at times. That being said I have had panels come out and other issues with my fence. Whenever I contact Vinyl Outlet they always come out and fix the problem timely. Most recently my fence was leaning to one side in an area and not only did it look awful but I was concerned because I have a dog and didn’t want to have any issues with these panels. I was told by Angelo it would be about 9 days until someone could come out, which was fine considering it wasn’t an urgent need. I noticed today it had been taken care of and my daughter mentioned a truck was here but it was only 4 days after I had spoken to Angelo. That is customer service. Still a happy customer!
Even though my fence installation was small in comparison probably to most jobs the two-man crew treated it like it was $1 million job! Tony the lead person on the crew was exceptionally helpful and thorough as was the other gentleman. I would highly recommend Vinyl Outlet for anyone looking for vinyl fencing to be installed.

Showed us pictures and have us a very Fair price considering the work that was ahead of them. The workman showed up promptly as promised and went to work non stop .the work was completed in one day as promised with a Spectacular outcome ..We couldn't be happier and have had multiple compliments on our porch as we thought we would. I can't believe how quickly we had our deck/porch installed. Only a day and a half for this huge project. All the workers were fabulous from the hole diggers to the installation crew. Ralph the foreman of the installation crew and the crew of Jeremy, Austin and Dominic were so accommodating to help us add onto the dryer vent and install power provisions to this massive job. Each person from Jim to Vickie were very kind and understanding of our requests. Just can't believe how beautiful our home is now that we have our porch. Because part of our acreage was sold to another party, I needed to regain some of the privacy we have had over the years. Therefore, today a six foot vinyl fence was installed. Mike and Elliott came promptly this morning, installed the fence, answered any last minute questions I posed, and performed the task according to the specs in record time even in the cold rain of today. Once finished, they left the yard picked up & clean. I could not have asked for a more professional job. It is aesthetically pleasing as well as lending to the privacy of our home and property.
