My husband and I are so happy with out fence and porch. We have been living at out home for 21 years and we knew we needed to do changes to our porch and add a fence, we only called one place, the vinyl outlet, because we have seen the commercials and like what we saw. From the first meeting until the end of the project, we were very satisfied and happy with the job done. I can't remember the names of the workers who did our porch but I have to say, they were great, did a very good job. Robert, Tyler & Orlando worked on the fence, they were very responsible, hard workers and happy team. We love the fence, it has changed our house, even one of our sons came over and was very surprised with the new changes. When Navy Davey stopped out two weeks ago to give an estimate he thought I was looking for 50 ft or so of fencing. I simply needed to replace an existing 15 ft section of decorative fence in the front. He gave a me great price; the planner gave me an installation date & the installers came a week later - installed & finished the job in a day! And all before Christmas! Thank you very much!!

I had fence installed by The Vinyl Outlet and I am very pleased with the fence. The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish, from the Salesman Anthony, to Vicky the Operations Manager, to Elliott and the install crew, to Tony the Job Foreman. Elliott and the install crew arrived on time and was friendly and professional. They installed the fence in less than a day. Customer satisfaction and attention to detail was a top priority for Elliott and his crew. When I asked The Vinyl Outlet team a question or If what I was asking would be a problem. Their reply was "there are no problems, only solitions." All of my comcerns were addressed. I would highly recommend The Vinyl Outlet.
Before our two replacement porches and fences project began. Operations Manager Vicky came out to do a survey, measuring and contract(s). Their is not enough to be said how much Vicky made all our projects. From setting up the crews to dealing with our Town and Village Permits!!! As a homeowner you don't realize just on "Permits" what you have to deal with! And with Vicky dealing with your Town/Village Building Department. It surely was GREAT to have Vicky to deal with permits!!! You will surely be impressed with Vicky and how she handles your own project(s)!! Great experience from Anthony to Vicky to Install Teams!!!!

Looks great. Crew of two arrived mid morning on scheduled date and were done including cleanup between 1 and 2. We cannot get over how great it looks and many neighbors agree. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I recently purchased materials from the design center that were needed for a patio project. From helping with my design to material estimation and delivery, it was by far the easiest process I could have imagined. The staff assisting were not only helpful, they put effort in above and beyond that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else. Phone calls were returned the same business day, choices were better than the competitors, and the even delivered it to my house! I love the color, the finished product and cant wait for company to show it off. I'm looking forward to future projects now that I know how great this process has been.
