Excellent company, fence installed 2018 called Angelo May 27, 2022 I had a couple fence posts dropped alittle needed to be raised he said they would be in the area the following week like clock work I wasn’t home, they came out June 2, they took care of the problem the fence looks fantastic! Job always well done!

The entire process was effortless. Everyone was professional and answered all questions we had. Vicky was professional on the phone, answered my questions and worked with me for installation. Robert, the foreman, worked with me, he made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Told me of larger gaps under the fence and why they were there, made sure I was happy with the installation. His crew Brad, Orlando and Shawn were respectful and worked hard. I have a very large yard so the crew was here 2 half days. They all interacted with my three miniature dachshunds. My dogs loved the attention. I highly recommend Vinyl Outlet.

We were looking to replace approximately 215 feet of 6 foot wood stockade fence. We were very disappointed in the quality of the materials that they have out today as opposed to 26 years ago when we originally put our fence up.We saw the Vinyl Outlet on a commercial and called for a quote. I’ve spoken to Vicky several times before and after installation, she is absolutely amazing. We had Robert and Dre install our fence. These two guys did an unbelievable job taking down our old fence and putting up our new. Every time we had a question or concern they stopped and talked to us to make sure we were happy with everything they were doing and things we wanted done. We would highly recommend the Vinyl Outlet to anybody who is interested in a new fence. Three of our neighbors are already considering calling and having work done. My husband and I are so happy with out fence and porch. We have been living at out home for 21 years and we knew we needed to do changes to our porch and add a fence, we only called one place, the vinyl outlet, because we have seen the commercials and like what we saw. From the first meeting until the end of the project, we were very satisfied and happy with the job done. I can't remember the names of the workers who did our porch but I have to say, they were great, did a very good job. Robert, Tyler & Orlando worked on the fence, they were very responsible, hard workers and happy team. We love the fence, it has changed our house, even one of our sons came over and was very surprised with the new changes. When Navy Davey stopped out two weeks ago to give an estimate he thought I was looking for 50 ft or so of fencing. I simply needed to replace an existing 15 ft section of decorative fence in the front. He gave a me great price; the planner gave me an installation date & the installers came a week later - installed & finished the job in a day! And all before Christmas! Thank you very much!!

I had fence installed by The Vinyl Outlet and I am very pleased with the fence. The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish, from the Salesman Anthony, to Vicky the Operations Manager, to Elliott and the install crew, to Tony the Job Foreman. Elliott and the install crew arrived on time and was friendly and professional. They installed the fence in less than a day. Customer satisfaction and attention to detail was a top priority for Elliott and his crew. When I asked The Vinyl Outlet team a question or If what I was asking would be a problem. Their reply was "there are no problems, only solitions." All of my comcerns were addressed. I would highly recommend The Vinyl Outlet.
Before our two replacement porches and fences project began. Operations Manager Vicky came out to do a survey, measuring and contract(s). Their is not enough to be said how much Vicky made all our projects. From setting up the crews to dealing with our Town and Village Permits!!! As a homeowner you don't realize just on "Permits" what you have to deal with! And with Vicky dealing with your Town/Village Building Department. It surely was GREAT to have Vicky to deal with permits!!! You will surely be impressed with Vicky and how she handles your own project(s)!! Great experience from Anthony to Vicky to Install Teams!!!!
